Time is up - raise your hands.

Just like on my favorite reality shows like Top Chef and Project Runway- The clock has run out and it is time for me to raise my hands in the air and be happy with what I have completed. At last count I have 127 pieces. (im not sure I have ever had every piece in the same place at the same time though - so there will be a more final count later) This weekend I left time to drill all the holes in the back of my pieces and shoot them all for possible prints, promos and my website. Thank you so much Paul for helping me out today! Here are most of my pieces. This week I have to paint the sides of each piece. That alone will take hours.

I am super impressed! You are so productive. Guess it helps with a deadline doesn't it? Love the theme, colors and size, makes you want to have a hundred mini pieces hanging on the wall. good luck!

Hi Lisa, how is it that I've never come across your blog before??? I totally am in love with your work!!! Will you be selling the 18x18 one from a few posts back (with the houses and roots)? I LOVE it!

And I'm also seriously considering buying the "getting deeper" one. The upside-down tree with roots just really speaks to me. In fact, I once saw a real tree displayed that way (upside-down, with roots, no leaves), and it was gorgeous!

Anyway, you asked about where to buy my art, and I have to say that the answer to that is currently nowhere, unfortunately... I just don't have enough time these days to make stuff to sell in addition to making stuff to keep. However, I have been considering having prints made of some of my newer stuff to sell...

Ha ha, long enough comment for you? I'm so glad I clicked on your link from your comment, so that I could find your work!
