she passed me note
i had just headed downstairs to work when Mia came down and passed me a note. I thought it was cute and wanted to share. I am glad she was happy today. Lately she has been telling me I am to busy for her. (which is heartbreaking) Its tough to get ready for a show, work on an illustration deadline, make everyone feel like they get enough momma time - and do all my momma work. (it's never ending) BUT, I TRY my hardest!

Finding the right balance is so hard:) I love when kids first begin writing...the backwards letters and invented spelling..it's such a concrete reflection of their innocence.
